Reviews customer requirements and understands the outcomes they're hoping to achieve. Maps requirements to the standard functionality of the Magento platform, Marketplace extensions, or specs custom modules when necessary. Ensures the solution delivery meets customer expectations. Works as part of a project team with technical, functional, and project management team members.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Understands how different components of the system work together and demonstrates this using architecture diagrams and related deliverables
  • Describes the overall solution, its structure, and the way it contributes to value, communicating this using specification documents and related deliverables
  • Addresses specific business challenges and forms efficient technology solutions
  • Analyzes potential impacts of decisions to direct positive business outcomes
  • Provides a secure, stable, and supportable environment
  • Collaborates with the Project Manager and the client to thoroughly understand the needs to be supported by the system and to ensure requirements are met
  • Provides strategic recommendations regarding the evolution of the system.
  • Responds to inquiries and provides advice to the client regarding current and potential system inputs, processes, and outputs.
  • Develops proofs of concept when needed to show that a feature can be developed
  • Develops and communicates detailed specifications for implementation.
  • Maintains and ensures proper documentation and coordinates testing of system modifications.
  • Acts as liaison with internal IT teams and/or vendors to support relevant systems.
  • Maintains current understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices through training, certification, and network collaboration.
  • Collaborates with management and delivery teams design and refine workflows and processes to ensure solutions meet customer expectations
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Willing to travel if necessary.
  • Ability to work remotely and commute to LeanSwift offices when required.
  • Strong business and technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent thinking, analytical, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management skills for handling multiple priorities and simultaneous projects.
  • Enthusiasm for continued learning through a combination of structured, on-the-job, and self- directed training.
